Subject: Remove llvm package


The llvm repo has the unfortunate combination of very long build
times (esp. on s390x) and high activity, resulting in a lot of
load on koji.

To at least somewhat mitigate this, remove the package from zuul,
as this currently doubles the amount of scratch builds that are
performed.
