FESco approved a requirement that Spin/Labs owners sent keepalive request in order to keep building the spin or lab. Please confirm that you want the KDE Spin to continue for Fedora 30.

As a member of the KDE SIG, I'm pretty sure that we want to keepalive.

That works for me. I figured (and hoped, as a KDE Spin user) that it would continue, but I figured I'd follow the process just to be sure. :-)
