FESCo approved a requirement that Spin/Labs owners be sent keepalive request in order to keep building the spin or lab. Please confirm that you want LXQt spin to continue for Fedora 32.

@lupinix isn't the owner any more. It's mostly maintained by @zsun , and sometimes testing done by me (if there's time but less in meanwhile).

@raphgro thanks. I've upated the wiki page. I'll count this as the keepalive for LXQt unless you or @zsun says to drop it.
