Add qa flag to events:
- Branch date / Bodhi activation point
- Change deadlines
Remove blocker meetings
Add 'Update blocker bug trackers' coincident with release date. Link to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping/Trackers
Add links to SOPs, etc
Set "Call for Test Days" to begin 3 weeks after N-1 GA
Set the end of "Create Test Days" to GA rain date minus 2 weeks
