• Regional Teams Obtain Final Release ISOs from Release Engineering for duplication

Most of these tasks are either outdated or now handled as ongoing by Mindshare.

@bex and @jonatoni, should Mindshare have it's own task list that includes these, then? Or some of them perhaps? It does seem like a lot of them are ongoing tasks not tied to a release (e.g. event funding) or outdated (media duplication), but @jonatoni asked to keep the poster artwork task on there.

@bcotton yes, I think it's probably better for Mindshare to have its own task list. I think we should keep poster artwork because it helps Ambassadors having a poster ready for the RP, but I think Mindshare is responsible for that, same as it is for RP badges for example.

I am torn on this one. Right now Ambassadors isn't really a functioning global entity. I think we should put this all on Mindshare for now and wait for @nb and @robyduck and @sumantrom (with the help of any other active ambassadors) to rebuild their capacity.

I think we can split it back out later -- but by combining it now, it is less likely it will get forgotten.

I don't know either, it was carried forward from the previous schedule. If the people assigned the task don't know what it means, that's a good indication that it should be dropped.

I can add it to run through GA +5 months, which would be about the same thing. I'll make that change

Because it's flagged with both mindshare and design. Design does the work, but mindshare is the main stakeholder

No, those are PgM tasks. Mindshare's input to the questions is ticket-driven, not calendar driven.
