Because @kparal [[ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/test%40lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/EWNDLGQV5PKJJC7FJHKYDG3YG2UQGQXH/ | changed our matrices slightly ]], we have to correct our report configuration. Add dnf_upgrade_any that uses BOOTMETHOD callback, add it to all upgrade tests and then change upgrade test cases so that they aren't using BOOTMETHOD.

This is landed now.
