#449 Proposed Test Day - Cockpit
Closed: Fixed Opened by stefw.

Ownership: Stef Walter stefw@redhat.com, Marius Vollmer mvollmer@redhat.com

Time frame: Would like a test day allocated late in the test cycle.

Features: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/CockpitManagementConsole

I cannot see the current test day schedule. The link comes up blank: https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=QA/Fedora_21_test_days&action=edit&redlink=1

Linked from here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Test_Days/Create

Thanks, I fixed the instructions. We started to use Fedocal, the current schedule is at:

https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/list/QA/?subject=Test+Day

Do you have any preference on the date?

Sorry, I didn't get an email notification of your comment.

But yes. We've chosen the tentative date 2014-08-23. I've also created a test page from the template:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2014-08-23_Cockpit

Is the date still good with the F21 slip?

I think we'd want our date to slip by around 3 weeks too, if that works. September 11th would be ideal, and seems to be free. Thanks for asking.

I've updated fedocal with the new day.

Would it be possible to change this to September 17th or 16th?

I do not think it is a very good idea to test a project called Cockpit on 9-11..

(I discussed this with Stef already, and he agreed, so this is a question to the QA admins)

I've updated fedocal, so Cockpit test day is now scheduled for September 16th.

This went ahead successfully:

closing.
