This test day will ensure we have the Silverblue builds tested and any new features/changes tested for Fedora 31 release

@mclasen @sinnykumari when will be a good time to have it?

Though I am also somewhat new to Silverblue but if any help is needed in organizing this test day then I can help here :)

I am already running Fedora Silverblue 31 as my production system.

I am ready to help with testing F31 Silverblue too. I don't want to rebase until it is ready for testing though since so many things are still in development. Let me know when it is ready to start testing for a beta release and I will do the rebase. Thanks.
