This tracker is created to track the progress for Modularity in Fedora Server test for Fedora 32 Cycle

@lruzicka are we having this or do you recommend that we close this?

I don't know. I believe that the DNF behaviour, we can test, has already
been tested enough and if a module is broken, that is not a blocker, so if
you want to save some time, you can skip it.
