This is a tracker - FCOS test week for Fedora 39 release cycle

This event went ahead with some decent test coverage - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:Fedora_39_CoreOS . I have belatedly imported the results from blockerbugs, hope the testing was useful at the time. Let's close the ticket.
