Issue Description

There was no base font set on the landing page. This would leave the relative sizing of text at the mercy of the browsers of users which might not always be adequate and legible.

Fixes #48

Solution

A base font size suitable for all devices was added and everything sized relative to that font size to ensure the same experience on all screens.
The font size of the tables was also adjusted to be more legible on all screen sizes.
