For example, all packages of fab were orphaned 4 days ago but they still show up in fab's dashboard while the orphan dashboard doesn't list those orphans. (Example. I'm sure there is a lot of unlisted orphans as fab had hundreds of packages.)

Subsequently I've adopted wol which is still missing from my dashboard while it still shows it as ftbfs in rawhide although I already fixed that.

I feel like this issue tracker does not get that many responses, so if anyone here as any idea what to do or who to ping, please do respond. Otherwise I'd feel the need to escalate this to other groups, like asking around in infra maybe.
This could be fallout of the datacenter move after all.
