this tracker is more for the server working group to track work than for particular bugs.

That said, I can't imagine why a mobile phone connection would cause your server to disconnect.

I know it has been a (long) while, but did you ever get an answer to your issue? I'm not sure that it's specifically related to fedora-server, but I wanted to check in before I closed the issue out of hand.
