This seems to trigger a Markdown rendering bug—the internal link to the PDF does not seem to work.

Can this be converted into Markdown instead of being a PDF?

Thanks Florian! I'm fine accepting this as it is though having the document in plain text (e.g. markdown, as Neal suggests) would make it contributable and would not leave the pdf in the git-history.

Please let me know what you gentlemen prefer :)

I didn't want to turn this into a living document. I just wanted to show what others have come up with it. If we want to edit the document, we need to discuss licensing etc. with the original authors.

Sure then. I think it's pretty clear we're not going to do this workflow because it's horrible for anyone but the kernel team anyway.
