#209 KDE round robin mirror links should be added to KDE support page

The KDE spin only is mirrored. So the KDE spin should override the download page template and use the mirror links instead:

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/12/Live/i686/Fedora-12-i686-Live-KDE.iso

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/12/Live/x86_64/Fedora-12-x86_64-Live-KDE.iso

Okay rather than replace the torrent links with the mirror links and screw up the download statistics for KDE, what we're going to do is add a block of text to the KDE support tab and pose the mirror links there in this manner:

Our download links use bittorrent technology. Occasionally you may find you're on a network that does not allow bittorrent downloads. In that case, we have alternative links for you to use to download the KDE Desktop Spin. Be aware, though, by downloading via these links your downloads won't be counted in the spins popularity rank on the front page of this website:

If possible, could this happen? Rex Dieter +1'd Mo's text. I can do the fix myself, if given gitfedora-web access, as well.

Download section that includes iso's has been added.
In doing that, it resolves the issues presented in this request.
