Use cross-browser gradients (CSS)

In this CSS file:
http://fedoraproject.org/static/css/fedora960.css (used on homepage http://fedoraproject.org/)

..., it only uses the -moz- and -webkit- prefixes for gradients.

It should include other prefixes and finally the standard syntax.

See here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/CSS/linear-gradient#Cross-browser_gradients

http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-images/#gradients

sure, the standard is changing.
It is linked to the ticket #79 (css/html validator).

Hey guys,

I wrote an email to Sijis so as to I'd like to join websites team and work on this ticket. I got an answer so I'll try to create and submit a patch in order to websites team can close this issue.

Thanks asrob. Please tell us if you have any questions regarding our repo (by IRC #fedora-websites or the mailing list).

Here is my "quick" fix, I would appreciate if someone else can test it. :)

It looks good so I pushed it into stg branch then master one. If you encounter any regression or bug then you can feel free to reopen this issue.
