The current link for the "Windows user? Follow these instructions instead" points to the Fedora 14 docs. A number of links in the old document are no longer functional and have been updated on the F18 side.

To confirm, the link should point to http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/18/html/Burning_ISO_images_to_disc/sect-Burning_ISO_images_to_disc-Validating_the_Files.html
