The copyright year in the footer of the getfedora page still has the year 2015.

It is better to make the year dynamic if it is possible so that we need not have to change it every year.

Well changing the year from 2015 to 2016 is very small patch so I would like to do it myself, I am also ready to work on it for some time if we are trying to make it

No, the copyright year is not always the actual year. Note the comment in the last ticket about copyright years:

''It is worth noting that we do not need to update the date in an attribution statement order to retain the copyright. All it says is the initial date of the work. If we made substantive changes to the work, I would advise updating the date, but we don't need to change it just for the sake of it being a new year.''
