The link to the docker image for {{{fedora:24}}} provided on [https://getfedora.org/en/cloud/download/download-cloud-splash?file=https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/24/Docker/x86_64/Fedora-Docker-Base-24-1.2.x86_64.tar.xz getfedora.org] is wrong:

  • given is: https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/24/Docker/x86_64/Fedora-Docker-Base-24-1.2.x86_64.tar.xz
  • but actually the image is available on: https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/24/Docker/x86_64/images/Fedora-Docker-Base-24-1.2.x86_64.tar.xz (note the {{{/images/}}} subfolder)
  • so the link on the FTPs is: [https://ftp.fau.de/fedora/linux/releases/24/Docker/x86_64/images/ /fedora/linux/releases/24/Docker/x86_64/images/]
  • So please either change the link on getfedora.org or change the folder structure on the FTPs ;)
