When I execute the command
"sudo dnf install git gettext python-genshi python-lxml python-setuptools python-dateutil \
python-dogpile-cache babel python-feedparser fedfind python-requests python2-babel
" ,
python 2 web server development environment is installed.
But python 2 is destined to be abolished in the future year 2020. It should be replaced by python 3 system as much as possible.

Though, perhaps this problem may be that the infrastructure team should deal with, not only the websites team.

Yes this is a bigger change which will also involve Infra and all our scripts. Some of them are already going to be updated, but we need some time to make the whole thing happen.
I am closing this as a wontfix, because we are not able actually to make anything on this side.
