#1089 Remove a bit of atomic

misc/fedora-websites remove_atomic  into  master

Since atomic is deprecated, no need to keep it. I guess there is more to clean.

Current getfedora.org website is not in this repository.

It is in here

We could delete folder itself as well.

One more reason for 1 repo == 1 website, so we are sure that when the website is changed, the repo is the good one and/or blocked and/or removed. I will send a new PR to remove the folder.
