But, so, where the "original" string comes from? I supposed that arm.fedoraproject.org.pot is the main string, that will be translated in other languages on weblate. But as said, it was only a supposition. :-)

po/pot files in this repo are not used anymore, and I will probably removed them at some point to avoid further confusion.
As for the irc changes, this was already handled by c3b6376
