This commit is the first major update to the Flock to Fedora website for the 2024 programming. This commit includes the official dates and venue for the next edition of the conference. More details to come as they are finalized by the Flock organizing team.

With the time and effort spent on the new flock to fedora website (https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0 - https://fedoraproject.org/flocktofedora/), would it be possible to finally drop this old version but try updating the new one instead?

@darknao I would like to move to the new system, but I think we are not there yet because some infra changes are required (i.e. DNS) and there are also some changes I have already requested and some new ones I want to request before making this the default experience.

Could we move forward with merging these website changes now so that they are visible for the Fedora Magazine article going live?
