Download 916.patch

From Fedora 29 and onward ppc64 arch support has been
dropped from Fedora.
See - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/29/ChangeSet#Discontinue_PPC64_as_Alternative_Architecture
As a result, we don't have any official download media for
ppc64 arch in Fedora 29.
