I think this PR isn't merged because codeblock and ryanlerch are working on a rewrite of getfedora.org: https://pagure.io/fedora-web/websites/

An issue was created concerning right to left languages: https://pagure.io/fedora-web/websites/issue/18

so if that's fine for you haghighi, you'll be able to test RTL on staging (see https://stg.getfedora.org), and reopen a new pull request to enable RTL for all languages and confirm Farsi/Persian language get good support.
