Just looking at the source view for one of the Fedora Magazine pages, it appears that the href attribute is now being set to the full URL -- https://fedoramagazine.org/feed/ -- on the RSS link. I'm assuming this issue was resolved automatically by a WordPress update somewhere along the line. So I'm going to close this PR. Feel free to file another PR if something still needs to be fixed.
