Hi,
I recently joined team, which take cares about 600+ packages (ruby, perl, python and java libraries) and which does those mass rebuilds when needed. I would like to sometimes help them with their tasks.
Therefore I would like to become Proven Packager.

I'm maintaining 58 packages:

+1 from me. We have an existing precedent for providing ProvenPackager access to maintainers of full language sets like PERL, so I think this is perfectly in line with that.
