For the 2014-04-23 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce list on 2014-04-10.

We want to be able to release updated images not just at release time. Hope for a one-month regular cadence, plus emergency updates if needed.

I'm probably not going to make it to the meeting this week, so +1 from me in the ticket. I'd like to see us try for this. The contingency plan is pretty straightforward.
