#1570 F24 Changes not in ON_QA status (<100% completed)

I will contact all the Change owners on the list till the FESCo meeting on 2016-Apr-22 to make sure the status is up-to-date. I am going to provide a static query to Bugzilla with all the Changes not 100% implemented just before the FESCo meeting.

Some of these Changes seem to already be implemented, however I was not able to get the final statement from a Change owner.

We now have the following Changes for F24 which are not marked as 100% completed:

  • [https://fedoraproject.org//wiki/Changes/Cloud_MOTD Cloud MOTD] [[br]] Tracking bug:[https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1238426 #1238426] [[br]] According to developer (rtnpro) the Change is committed and 100% completed. However they do not want to switch the tracking bug to ON_QA till there will be a review completed by Adam Miller.

  • [https://fedoraproject.org//wiki/Changes/Atomic_Developer_Mode Atomic Developer Mode] [[br]] Tracking bug: [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1308537 #1308537] [[br]] This Change seems to be completed as well. However the developer has troubles with testing and [https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/cloud@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/GRV36LGLKHQKYG3MWQEEGMZPXVVUYBGN/ requested a help].

Cloud MOTD is the only one left... looking at it FESCo is ok with it still landing.
