For the 2016-Jul-01 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce@ list on 2016-Jun-28.

Update Fedora's version of the GHC Haskell compiler to version 7.10.

I'm +1 on this change.

I have talked to the owner of this Change proposal and he said the Change progress is on track and packages are getting built in side-tag. Once finishes, side-tag will be merged with rawhide repository.
