#1594 F25 System Wide Change: IBus Emoji Typing

For the 2016-Jul-08 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce@ list on 2016-Jul-01. This Change has been announced as "Self Contained" by mistake.

The IBus core will provides the Emoji Unicode typing with the IBus XKB engines.

From today's FESCo meeting:

agreed Defer approval to allow more discussion on implementation and dependencies (+8, 0, 0)

The Change Owner has updated Change wiki page where he has mentioned that nodejs-emojione is just a build dependency to ibus package update. The json file contains emoji information and it will be used in ibus package build.
