Hello.

I can't reach Jay Fenlason, maintainer of 'dvgrab'. This package is not built on F24+ yet and it's also required by package of third party repositories.

Please, try to contact him or leave me commit updates.

According to [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers#Outline Non-responsive Maintainer Policy], I'm going to request admin access for 'dvgrab'.

I have orphaned all their packages and reassigned dvgrab to you.
