Hello.

'scons' updates on epel are stalled since many time; there is a [https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2014-2579 package on EPEL7-testing since 2 years].

Maintainer looks unreachable, so, please, can you contact him or leave me update scons ?

According to ​[https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers#Outline Non-responsive Maintainer Policy], I'm going to request commit access for 'scons' on EPEL.

I have orphaned all the branches with s4504kr as point of contact.
