One of the long-brewing initiatives we have is to start enabling test storage in dist-git. Since the tests would be stored in a dist-git repo with identical ACLs as the rest of dist-git, any proven-automated-testhelper would effectively need to be a provenpackager.

As such, I'd like to request provenpackager privs so that I can better help contributors to start getting automated tests integrated into their dist-git repos and make sure that those tests are being run.
