I would like to become a provenpackager, so that I can resolve the fallout from changes in the glibc package. This would be helpful for dealing with:

1. Header file removals (such as the <xlocale.h> removal), which typically need a rebuild of the affected packages.
2. Minor header incompatibility adjustments (such as coping with C standards defining macros with a common, non-namespaced name), where such changes do not impact ABI, particularly if these glibc changes result in build failures of other packages (which have the package which need updating as a build dependency).
3. Renaming symbols in applications which unintentionally override new glibc functionality through ELF interposition, where such changes do not impact ABI (compared to the previous state without interposition).
4. Other minor changes which do not impact ABI or API, mainly to address build failures in other packages.
