The list of Release blocking deliverables [1] has been updated to my best knowledge what deliverables are requested for F28. I would like to ask FESCo for a review and comments.
[1] List of Fedora 28 release deliverables
Note: I have not included deliverables from the Add-On Modularity Change proposal as this is not finished and AFAIK it has not been decided how the modules/repositories will be delivered

The page looks reasonable to me.
I think we may have come to some agreement about how the modular repositories will be delivered this week, but am not 100% sure. @puiterwijk, would you say that we have agreement on that?
@bowlofeggs Yeah, I think we have agreement on how those'll be delivered.
However, I think that if we buy in to modularity, we should probably also make those repos (at least the release-time repos) release blocking in some way. They're not media, but should be release criteria, and I know this ticket isn't for that, but I don't see the word "modul" at all on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_28_Final_Release_Criteria
AGREED: Proposed list is approved. Modular deliverables may be added to the list later when there are testing guidelines and release criteria for them (+6, 0, -0) ACTION: sgallagh to start a thread on the mailing lists (devel and test) about the criteria
This was already approved. What are we discussing during the meeting?
