As I understand it, you intend to transfer the unclaimed packages (presumably outside of the ones that individuals volunteer to maintain) to the infrastructure?

I intend to offer the packages to infra (members, not group). What's left, announce to devel for volunteers, orphan the rest.

At least one FESCo member approved the takeover, and no one objected within 3 days. I'll prep the list to offer to infra.
