#1996 non-responsive asio maintainers

Reopen Issue

None of the three asio maintainers (uwog, pocock, fale) appear to be responsive. I have attepted contacting via bugzilla [1] and fedora-devel [2]. According to fedora-active-user.py, these 3 gentlemen have not logged into FAS for quite a while:
- uwog: last FAS login 2017-01-05
- pocock: last FAS login 2017-05-07
- fale: last FAS login 2018-02-11
I would like to take over asio. Please may you transfer the ownership? Thank you!

As per the nonresponsive maintainer policy, step two is necessary before we can proceed:

"File a bug against the package in Bugzilla asking for the maintainer to respond. This bug should list the outstanding issues they need to address. This is a must."

Please proceed with that step as documented (see also steps 3 and 4), and if you are still unable to get in touch, please reopen this ticket.
