The Zchunk metadata Change proposal, which was approved for F30 as a contingency for the F29 release is ready to proceed. I am filing this ticket as an FYI to give FESCo an opportunity to make sure they haven't changed their mind.

Unless FESCo explicitly agrees to revoke approval of this Change, I will have @jdieter proceed under the previous approval.

I'm still a +1 to the change.
