Hi FESCo,

General question - when can I start to work on this?
IIUC, in theory, I should start after FESCo approved this change. While I see the Change Checkpoint: Completion deadline (testable) is 2019-02-19 which is quite close. It's possible to get this done, but impossible for the one depending on this to be testable by then - namely the Deepin change.

@zsun technically this ticket is approved (if I read ticket policy correctly). It just haven't been announced yet.

For this change I think you can start working on this ASAP :)
