Sort of approved. Fine for Alpha, we'll revisit at Beta. Leaving ticket open pending that revisit.

Let's revisit this at tomorrow's meeting

We're all good here - no major data corruption bugs have been reported, some patches to fix fsync() behavior (or rather work around broken apps) are going in.
