I cannot merge your PR due to a merge conflict but I can provide you commit access to handle it yourself @ignatenkobrain

Since this does need an update, I'll do that now so you can carry on the good work you're doing whilst the question about the initial point of contact for bugzilla entries is resolved.

For clarity: @ignatenkobrain just gained a "commit" access to rpms/facter.
