#2248 Python 2 exception for autodownloader

I'd like to request an exception for autodownloader to use Python 2 on buildtime and runtime.

Rationale:

  • there are no other Python 2 deps but the interpreter and already excepted pygtk2
  • the maintainer works on porting it https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1737908
  • there are ~10 non-Python dependents that would be negatively impacted by the removal
