Issue #233: Request to become provenpackager - pingou - fesco

I have been involved in the redaction of the R packaging guidelines at their origin with spot and tibbs.

I have realized a number of R packages.

I have created R2spec to help R packaging.

And I would like to be provenpackager to be able to take care of the R packages when they need it :)

At the 2009-07-31 FESCo meeting:

Provenpackager nomination is declined for now, please reapply when packages are in order.
