Not sure this is the right place to ask (should I open a ticket vs infrastructure?).

The review-stats script uses a special user named package-review (package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org). To be able to operate on stale review tickets, it would need this user to have edit permissions on bugs, which doesn't currently have.

I don't know if we can give the permission, but if you need approval for the bugzilla admins, +1 from me.

I suppose that user needs to be added to the packager group for being able to operate on bugs. I don't know if there is another way.

package-review does not seem to be a fas user, I guess it's just a address/user in bugzilla.

I can just grant it perms in bugzilla. Done.
