This is a exception request to orphan all of @dormouse's Fedora packages and remove all other ACLs without going trough the regular non-responsive maintainer policy.

Context: @dormouse has left my Red Hat team. He maintained several packages in Fedora: some Python related as part of Python Maint, reporting to @hhorak, some non-Python, reporting to @vondruch.

I am @dormouse'es sponsor as well. I don't intent to unsponsor him.

His FAS e-mail address is mplch@redhat.com which he no longer has access to. I have some other means of communication including his personal email address, Telegram and even phone number, however all our communication attempts have failed for many months.

I have decided to ask for an exception from the regular process:

• A bugzilla would go to his redhat email address, hence /dev/null (or @vondruch). His BZ account is disabled.
• An email to devel would make no difference, we know how to contact him, but it simply doesn't work. I expect the amount of people who follow devel is much higher than the amount of people who follow this issue tracker and I don't want to air our own dirty laundry in (that much) public.

@vondruch expects to find some other redhatter to maintain at, cronie and crontabs soon.

I have no interest in python-libsass, it is a leaf package.

This is an exceptional ticket for the Fedora's Policy for nonresponsive package maintainers.
