This is a ticket for the Fedora's Policy for nonresponsive package maintainers.

I will take csslint if no-one else wants it.

for me the best solution is to remove this JAVA implementation of CSSLint. NodeJS implementation is better.

If you want maintain this implementation, I can pass the maintenership

I'll take it. The Rhino version and Node.js version are built from the same sources, so even if we switch the JavaScript interpreter, this package wouldn't go away.
