Move Xwayland to a standalone package built from current code upstream rather than the stable branch.

+1 with the proviso that the new package is called xorg-x11-server-Xwayland instead of renaming it. There's not really a ton of value in renaming it when it's the same upstream source, and following the same conventions keeps people from being confused.
