Firewalld upstream is about to release v1.0.0. As indicated by the major version bump this includes behavioral changes.

With the request that release notes/announcement for Fedora 35 will include the breaking changes summary and a link to the instructions on how to migrate any special case configurations users have.

I am reluctant to advertise "package rebases" in user-facing documents. Please, rename the change as suggested by @zbyszek here and on the mailing list.

Nevertheless, this is a technicality, +1 for the proposal
