That solves it, I will remove @msehnout from these packages, thanks @ignatenkobrain :)

I'll remember to do that next time I remove somebody from the packager group (happens once in every 10 years I guess).

I'd argue about the statement that there has been no corrective action taken. I tried to unsubscribe myself wherever possible (packages, notifications). It is pretty hard to find all references to my account. I've obviously lost my bugzilla account associated with my Red Hat email, but I wasn't able to find a way to prevent those emails from coming (https://pagure.io/packager-sponsors/issue/506 was my best guess).

IMO it would be pretty helpful for RH employees who are leaving the company if there was a guide on how to properly stop all contributions to Fedora. For example the Fedora Notifications App doesn't use the email in my Fedora account, it has it's own copy so even after changing my email to my private address, Fedora Notifications kept sending email to my former manager (who now receives emails targeted to my former email address).

Also according to the email on fedora-devel I should be a maintainer of osbuild and osbuild-composer:

msehnout is maintainer of rpms/osbuild
msehnout is maintainer of rpms/osbuild-composer

which is, to my best knowledge, not true. I left osbuild-composer and I transferred osbuild ownership to gicmo.

You could have transferred the "main admin" access without losing commit access.
This has been fixed anyway :)
